Understanding the Evolution

I'm Keely, and alongside me is Dani. You may know us from our work helping individuals create lives and relationships they're proud of. While we still believe in that mission, our focus has evolved over the past four and a half years. We've helped thousands of people improve their personal lives and relationships, but we noticed a common theme: people were still struggling in the workplace.

As a somatic therapist and a certified life coach, we were able to help them in their personal lives. But we realized that to truly make a difference, we needed to address the root cause—the toxic, unhealthy workplace environments that were holding them back.

The Birth of FeelsWell Experiences

That's when we founded FeelsWell Experiences, a leadership training and consulting company focused on transforming organizational cultures and developing leaders. Our goal is to meet the needs of future generations in the workforce, particularly millennials and Gen Z, who are more vocal about their needs and more self-aware than ever before.

By 2030, 30% of the workforce will be Gen Z.

This generation is demanding workplaces that prioritize well-being, mental health, and a human-centric approach. We believe that workplaces need to evolve to meet these needs, and we're here to help facilitate that change.
