EFT Tapping for Better LGBTQ+ Relationships

As your LGBTQ+ Life Coaches & Healers, we’re here to provide methods of deep healing for driven queer adults who feel stuck in traditional therapy methods. We’ve found that holistic healing practices can have life-changing effects for those who may have found themselves needing deeper healing than talk therapy can provide for them. That’s why, in addition to becoming a Somatic Healer, Keely received her EFT practitioner certification. It’s been a game-changer for our clients.

The ultimate goal is to promote awareness and education about these non-traditional methods, as to remove any misconceptions or stigma from them, and that starts by educating others about the practices we utilize, starting with the basics.

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is similar to acupressure and is an alternative healing modality to relieve emotional stress and physical pain, quickly. It uses one’s fingertips to tap the body’s energy points, allowing for the release of negative energy that manifests itself as stress, grief, anger, shame, anxiety, and more.

All of us have energy points (also known as meridian points) that can be seen as an energetic highway flowing through your body.

When our energy is flowing freely, our mind and bodies are well, but when the energy becomes stagnant due to outside sources such as stress and relationship issues, it can bring on some major problems within ourselves.

During an EFT tapping session, you and your coach (that’s Keely!) work together to pinpoint potential areas where your body may be holding onto negative energy. Then, your coach walks you through the specific tapping techniques, so you can not only experience this incredible release of energy, but also have the tools to repeat the process on your own!

Tapping techniques are so easy to learn that you don’t even need to be physically present with your coach to do the technique. Whether you’re in person at an event with us or on a zoom session with Coming Out Happy, you’ll be able to quickly understand how to utilize energy “pressure points” to signal to your brain and body that it’s time to heal damage created by negative energy.

How does EFT help me beyond the release of negative energy?

As an LGBTQ+ high achiever, you most likely live a stressful lifestyle. Between dedicating yourself to success in your career and maintaining your personal relationships, your plate is overflowing with stressors and the pressure of the world’s expectations of you.

This makes you a magnet for negative energy, and you must release this energy to create the fulfilling life and relationships that you deserve.

Some of our clients have spent years dealing with energy blockages that have kept them from moving forward in life toward the best possible version of themselves and creating healthy relationships. Through EFT, they have embraced forgiveness and finally let go of baggage and deep-seated pain. This allows them the freedom to move on from the past and begin to heal what has hurt them for far too long.
